1. Unzip the cntrs200_n83.shp.zip file from the code14data_FTP folder
2. Convert the cntrs200_n83.shp to a KML file using an online utility
3. Upload the KML file to a FusionTable
4. Share the file and insert the new ID
5. Choose an appropriate size and zoom level, and change the title.
